With extensive responsibilities that include preparing quotes, liaising with clients, attending site meetings, and ensuring hands-on involvement, Rizian exemplifies leadership across all facets of the job. His hands-on approach allows him to effectively supervise each project, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, while also managing essential office tasks.
With a Queensland Open Builders Licence and a background as a licensed electrical contractor, he has accumulated extensive experience since joining the industry in 2007. Rizian’s qualifications and experience reflect his commitment to excellence and innovation in the field.
Rizian thrives on the dynamic aspects of his role, particularly enjoying the hands-on work and building strong, quality relationships. He excels in organising work processes, engaging with project managers and leading his team with a focus on achieving and maintaining high standards in every project.
